Philly Tech Genie charges a $55 diagnostic fee to investigate issues. The fee will be applied towards the cost for consulting services or repair.

Business Support Package:  $250.00

Discounted hourly rate for 3 hours of business IT services.  Includes free diagnostic service.

Residential Support Package:  $195.00

Discounted hourly rate for 3 hours of residential IT services.  Includes free diagnostic service.
